Fusion 360 (fusion360studios.com) is looking for a WEBSITE DEVELOPER to join our Webby Award-winning development team. Developers are responsible for coding, building, testing, debugging and troubleshooting clean responsive code while working with other FUSION 360 designers and developers to translate FUSION 360 client goals into a successful online presence.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be available to work on-site. Freelancers/dudes who dabble in a web dev in-between world of warcraft gaming from their mom’s basement, need not apply.
  • Proficient development skills and extensive experience with PHP.
  • Loves design and digital media more than Oprah loves sweat pants.
  • Proficient juggler (or any circus-like skills) encouraged.
  • Must be able to emulate existing html schemes and create new ones that will integrate well with existing HTML.
  • Strong XHTML, CSS, JavaScript, DHTML skills.
  • A curiosity and excitement for new web technologies / techniques.
  • PHP Frameworks and OOP
  • Extensive experience in hand coding, no WYSIWYG coding.
  • The ability to write standards compliant XHTML & CSS.
  • Solid understanding of cross-browser/platform issues and code solutions. •Experience using JS Frameworks (jQuery, MooTools, YUI, etc…).
  • Writing well-formed, unobtrusive JS with scalability and extensibility in mind.
  • Knowledge/ experience with front-end performance optimization (YSLOW standards).
  • Ruby / Rails experience a plus.
  • Ability to design and create perfect layouts that provide a consistent user experience across all web browsers + OS.
  • Proven ability to work in a collaborative/team coding environment.
  • Demonstrated experience with the Adobe Creative Suite/Creative Cloud: (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) a HUGE plus.
  • Confidence a must, cockiness a must-not.
  • Must be able to think and problem-solve creatively.
  • Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to be a web dev “rock star”, less the attitude and that whole snorting coke off Vegas hookers, thing.
